Hi
i had this problem for ages and still do a
bit. I wasn`t eating for a long time
during my anxiety and when I did I got so
much stomach pain it really wasn`t worth
eating for. I think I read it has to do
with during anxiety your normal body
functions are upset and your stomach
suffers badly. I couldn`t go out for
meals as I really couldn`t stop the gas
from coming up.
It is better now but its taken a good
while to get my stomach settled although
it`s still not back to normal.

I've had good luck with simethicone, an
over the counter anti-gas med. Also had
good luck with good old pepto bismol.

Sry my accidently went as a topic.. But
its really not a gas problam for me. My
stomache often grumbles alot, almost like
how it does when your hungry. Except its
alot louder and feels as if theres gas
inside me.. Its been doing this for 3 or
so years now, some days un noticed and
some days the people around me hear it
even.. Its embarassing, and I hate it.
But I dont think its health threatening.
