I have found something that doesn't seem
right in one of my breasts and feel a
little twinge sensation, does this mean it
may be cancer? I am having this checked
but the waiting is terrible

Can you better describe what you mean by
"not right"? Did you feel a lump? Is the
pain like a heat?

I'm thinking that tumors don't have the
effect of twinging ... but it's best to
get a full breast check by your GP than to
postulate about possible causes.
