Please Help! New Diet And Stomach Is Acting Up :(

Hi everyone. I know this sounds crazy, I have problems with my gallbladder so I had to change my diet. I only eat chicken and ive been eating a lot of salad. I’ve been eating salad dailey for about 8 days now and for some reason, I have bad pains in my lower abdomen and whenever I eat anything different I have green diahhea. Does anyone know if changes your diet causes you to have problems with your stomach? Please get back to me I am so nervous. I mean does it take awhile for your body to re adjust to new diets? Thank you.
