Never Been So Worried In My Life. Posted: 01-24-06 16:16pm
Question: I have just done a home test for
chlamydia and it was positive, ive been
with my partner for nearly four years and
there is every chance either of us bought
it to the relationship, which means I could
have had this for a number of years but as
I suffered from irreguler periods ever
since I started them I have not noticed
any symptoms. But over the past 4 months
ive had mild abdominal pain, and always
had slight pain during intercourse. After 3
months of me and my partner being together
I fell pregnant but had a termination.Now
I have chlamydia and could of had it for a
number of years.Im extremeley upset and
worried that I am infertile.I have been
doing ovulation tests and have ovulated
but do you still ovulate when your
infertile.I am at the gum clinic
tomorrow.Should I take it as a good sign
that im ovulating still.Im so worried that
having chlamydia for such along time will
have done so much damage to my body. But do
infertile women ovulate?I could have
ruined my only chance of children,i felt
pushed into a corner by my partners mother
and sister to have an abortion,i just wish
I followed my heart!

Hi I am rin I understand your situation
becuase I am just like you... Well you
can still have your monthly ovulation.....
The problem is I recommend you to go for
your tubes checked .... If it is blocked
then possibility to get pregnant naturally
might be a bit difficult... As I am
trying for 2 and 1.2 years still no
results...
Wish you good luck
