Is ephedra really as effective as its made
out to be? I know it is banned but I am
seriously considering using it after my
recent weight gain. I am 5'10" and weigh
about 160lb. I want to be around 125 lb
which is low for my weight, but I do have
a small body frame. So I have to lose
almost 40 lb, quickly, to keep my modeling
contract. Does anyone have suggestions?

It is effective but it is very dangerous
as well. If there is a slight chance that
you have any type of undiagnosed disorder
with your heart, it will kill you.
.D.E.A.D.
This is why the american market is closed
to effedra/ma huang to be purchased over
the counter. There are resources
available to be prescribed by doctors for
weight loss.
You life is worth more than one job.

I've taken it before ...It increases you
heart rate alot and if you abuse the drug
you will die or if you have a weak heart.
But if you just looking for weight lose
don't be lazy cause losing weight isnt
easy. There are other things on the
market that are completely safe for
example 'hydroxycut' all you need is a
good diet and a good exercise program if
you think just taking the ephedrine
without any of the above then nothing with
happen. (i'm assuming this because I
don't remember reading anything about
exercise with it)
p.S do not have sex or masturbate!!!!
It will shrink your balls (not
penis).....I have experienced it
myself...
I am on a diet right now, I am doing a
restricted calorie high protein diet with
some cardio 3-4 times a week. And I am a
woman, so I don't think the penis
shrinking applies to me. :)
did you have any good results with
ephedra? Have you taken the new ephedra
free hydroxycut?

The only otc medicines I take are tylenol,
motrin, asprin, and a one a day mens
formula multi-vitamin
i have never and will never take a diet
pill. If I need to take off weight I will
do it the old fashioned way. Diet and
excersise. Once istop losing, I know I am
in the right spot.
