Best time is definitely the first urine in the morning.

if your pregnant ...Its going to show positive ..At morning,noon,or night
if your not pregnant ..Same thing^

I would agree jillian. I tested 2-3 days before my missed period about 3 times throughout the day and they all came out positive.

My test worked like this... I wasnt even late for my period or maybe a day I dont really remeber. But I took a test during the afternoon and it came back negative. Well I followed what the test box said cause I just knew I was pregnant...Lol...So I waited almost 7 days like 6 cause just one more day would have killed me and right when I woke up it was like 6 30 in the morning and I took the test and it was posotive lol I woke up everyone in the house and let it be known it was me the father of my baby his mom and his moms boyfriend lol so no one was happy that I woke them up but the news made them get over it. But every test since then has been posotive and im now in my 6th month of my pregnancy.
