Ok same situation as pervious but instead of woman giving her consent to the procedure, the doctor unifies the sperm and egg, the resulting so called "child" is an accidental creation (unwanted) should the zygote, embryo or fetus be aborted?

Who should have the right to choose?

So it's an unwanted fetus in an artificial womb? If the couple is married, then they should both have a say in whether the child lives, because the woman's body is no longer the issue here. The doctor has no say at all, since he's the once who caused the accident in the first place. He must report the "pregnancy" to the two donors and let them decide what to do with it.

im not sure if I read right but ..The women didnt consent ..And the doctor did the procedure anyways..? Um has this ever happened ..And I think if I were the women I would sue ..Because doctors arent allowed to do procedures or even touch a patient without consent..So I dont think anyone would ever have to make this decision...Because I doubt any doctor would just up do that to someone that doesnt even want it..Seems kind of pointless to me..

I would say once the child is created, there should be no one, not even the mother or father who can make the decision to kill another human being and I simply cant believe that pro choice people would go this far... Where its no longer about terminating a pregnancy but killing a unwanted child.... But it has alwaays been that way... I was just makng sure!

it's never happened because artificial wombs don't exist. So you would sue... But would you want the baby to live? It's not inside the woman's body remember, and she never wanted it.

well I was stupid for asking if it ever happened...I would answer your question..But really and truely that would be a waste of time considering ..That this would never happen in the first place...In todays world doctors wouldnt do that to a patient unless they were literally messed up in the head..As for it happening in the future I very seriously doubt that too..I mean if I were a doctor...And went to school for the amount of time that they have to I dont think I would be implanting wombs without consent..More than likely if they were to do that they would lose their job..So why would someone throw their life/job away for someone they probably dont even know or care about ..

Why do you get to decide the reasons?

Why do you presume to be the authority over the life of another, why do you presume that becuase a child will be born deformed, he should be decapitated or if a rapist rapes a woman, her child should be killed?

what the hell are you talking about...If you would go and read my post in the pro-life forum..I have a thread in which I asked if someone were pregnant with a down syndrome baby what would they do...Well me I would have the baby...Because I see my cousin who has three children that way..And they are wonderful children and so loving..And I couldnt live with myself if I were to take a childs life that really deserves a chance...And for thinking abortion is right when rape happens...Yes I think the women should have the choice if she wants abortion or not..Because for one she got raped ...She didnt want the baby or the sex...And if a women thinks she can handle having a baby that has been produced through rape then thats her decision ..As for a women that thinks she will not love the child or might even beat it because it was produced through rape...Then I think abortion is right for her...

Maybe you should re read post...And get off my ass about it

thank you ~*~jillian~*~ for what you said about women who get raped.
I have been attack on another tread by izzy that I am a bad mum because I did opt for a termination after being raped.
You are a very open minded person and you have made me see there are other people on here that don't think women shouldn't have an option to terminate when they had no control over how she fell pregnant.

I really do not know what to say other than I am pro choice. If I am raped and get pregnant, oh for sure I would have an abortion. And for you people who believe it would be right to carry a baby for 9 months, something a sick man put in you, and have the baby and give it up for adoption, all I have to say is you are a sick individual.
