Im thinking about trying slimquick or
zantrex 3, has anyone tried either of
these before and did they actually work
for you? I'm only looking to lose about
10lbs, but can't seem to loose any more
weight. I work out 4 times a week and eat
healthy but am having a hard time losing
the last 10.

If you are working out and eating healthy
then a diet pill is not going to help you.
Infact is may actually harm your body
because these medicines are tough on your
vital organs.
If working out and dieting has not dropped
the 10 pounds you are looking to lose,
then maybe you are at your optimal weight
and the only thing that will help you to
lose weight at that point is to lower your
calorie intake. You will then begin to
lose more weight because your calorie loss
to calorie intake will be out of balance
and you cannot help but to lose weight.
Before you take any of those supplements,
you need to go to your doc and get a
physical done to make sure you do not have
any undiagnosed heart problems because
these meds can and probably will kill you
if you have any kind of a health issue.

Just my opinion, and I am not a dr but
diet pills are not always the best way to
go, especially just wanting to lose just
10 pounds. If you are eating right, that
is great, I myself am a sweet eater and
have found out that I can still eat them
only just a small piece of cake or pie,
just to settle the taste buds. Working
out is great but it can also adds muscle
which is weight but it is still good to
work out. I have pretty much always had
a weight problem and have always been a
meat potatoes and sweet eater, my dr
finally told me what to do and that is to
drink lots of water as it fills you up, I
used to never be a good water drinker, but
now I love it and it has helped. I have
always found that the 1st 5-10 pounds are
easy to take off and after that, it gets
rough, then I stop dieting and back comes
the pounds plus.
Good luck!
