Shooting Pain In Breast - Pregnancy Related? Posted: 01-25-06 20:20pm
I am five months pregnant with my fourth
child. For the past several days, i've
had a combination of shooting
pain/numbness/tingling in my right breast.
The pain/numbness begins in an area near
my armpit and follows a line very close to
the underwire of my bra. I also have an
aching pain near the middle of my back on
the same side. Although I originally
attributed this to a possible pinched
nerve, I am becoming concerned that it has
been nearly a week and the symptoms have
not abated at all. How likely is it that
this is pregnancy related - or perhaps is
my first guess more on target?

I am going through the same thing myself
right now. My baby is 9.5 month tho. I
have been noticing it on the left
side..Starting at my armpits...Shooting
across the nipple..Downwards..
Everywhere.
I actually go for a xray tomorrow.

I think it might be something needing .Dr
attention. I dont think it is pregnancy
related, maybe the pains in your back may
be though. My mother while
pregnant--had a biopsy of some of her
breast tissue because of abnormal breast
pains, and pains in her armpit. She found
it to be a benign mass, not needing
removal. But since a breast is already
tender and going thru a lot of changes
during pregnancy--it might make you more
suseptible to notice more pains, or other
symptoms which may have been pretty silent
before the pregnancy.
I am not a .Dr this is just my opinion.

someone to get help by a doctor.... Lol I
agree girl I wouldnt try to just get over
it cause you never really know whats going
on with your body.
