try getting someone to do accupressure on you i just read an article on it and apparently its safe and although you might want to do some reasearch yourself and ask your doc the article i read said it really works

Walk girlfriend......walk like there is no tomorrow. Castor oil only makes you have the runs. It does not work....Walking can speed it up....but if you think about it, when this baby gets ready to enter this world......he/she will. Good luck!
