erm, I have been weight training for about
4 or 5 months now and I have recently had
a really bad problem with my forearm. I
am soon to see a doctor about it and the
masouse that comes to my gym every week.
Basically, the pain feels like an electric
shock flying up my forearm and the muscles
just really hurt. Is there anything I
can do (preferably apart from resting and
taking time off training) to help it? I
play drums too, could it have something
todo with that?
