Is she usually on time? Also, (obviously, I don't know how old you two are) is being sexually active new for her? If it is, it's possible that's throwing her off a bit. And, just being a teenager in general can screw it up... Did for me. She might just be late... Or even skip a month. It happens.

The more she worries about it, the longer it will take for her to start. Stress affects how your body works a lot.. Especially when it comes to women and their periods.

Again, I don't know how old she is, and I don't know what the laws are where you live, but it's possible she could confidentially go to a clinic and get a blood test. That's if you're completely worried. You can look for a planned parenthood place or a clinic and just call and see what their policies are regarding parental notification. Even if they do contact parents, they can't do so just because you call and ask.

Yeah but she took the test twice which both came negative and she had her period the day after we had sex so I dunno...Im really confused.....Im in college so that was the first time like in 3 months we did it so im not sure.....I didnt think I had anything to worry about cuz she got her period the day after and now its a month later and shes late...And yes she is usually regular

Obviously, no one here can tell you whether or not she's pregnant. My boyfriend and I have been where the two of you are.. Trust me, I know how excrutiatingly worrisome it can be, and I totally sympathize.

However, hpts are pretty reliable, and i'd wager that if she took two of them and they both were negative... She's probably not pregnant. Especially if she took them this long after she was expected to start.

The delayed period could be from any number of things, but it's most likely because she's stressed out; whether it's about this or something else or a lot of things together. I'm not going to tell you to tell her to relax, because it will never work, I know. However, if she (and you) is that worried, she should go get a blood test. It can at least give her peace of mind and maybe help her relax.
