I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety, i
often find my self with head
aches(occassionaly jaw aches), aches and
pains in my arms and legs and pains and
discomfort in my chest. i also find i get
a tingly feelin in my hands and feet as
well as finding i tire easily after doing
simple tasks such as walkin up stairs. Is
their anything i can do in terms of
natural remedies which could help me get
my life back on track as i often feel that
my condition is begining to control my
life.

this condition is very complex. You will
