Hello. I would like to know how often does the body need to ejaculate? Because I am trying to live a life of virtue I want to masturbate as little as possible, and really only to maintain the health of my reproductive system. Because of the mess and inconvenience, I would prefer not to wait for noctural emissions. I have also noticed that is I wait about two weeks between ejaculting, the semen is yellow the first time. If I do it again, even the same day, the semen is white again. I read on another post that the sperm cells are actually yellow in colour, but my yellow is even, rather than spots, although I haven't looked very closely. Even if the yellow is harmless the qustion is: how often do I need to ejaculate to remain healthy? What happens if I don't ejaculate for months, years? Thank you.

Im 16 and mines yellow too... I dont think its anything to worry about
