I'm not to sure either....But 6 weeks and heartburn...Thats kinda waaay early. My Dr. Yesterday told me that heartburn only occurs when your uterus pushes your stomach up into your esophogus..This happens at about 15/17 weeks.... Your heartburn could be cause by you eating and then relaxing on your back. This causes acids to be trapped into your esophogus. I am 28 weeks tomorrow and started to experience heartburn at around 17 weeks..Which the Dr. Said was even kind of early....

Try to wait at least 30 mins. Before you lay back or go to sleep after eating..

Actually just to clarify you can have heartburn all the time through pregnancy it just shows its mean colors at the end of the pregnancy. Hormones from pregnancy relax the esophagus and scid can go up so like sarah (babymagics) said dont lie down right after eating .

As for fever if you cant control it and it goes 100 above for more than 48 hours go see a dr but if taking tylenol help or even a bath dont worry about it sometimes when preggo ur body temp goes up but if it stays up for a long period of time you probally have some sort of infection!!

Good luck
