Hi all! I'm six months along with my daughter, also my first. I was wondering if any of you experienced horrible achy upper legs. It feels like i've pulled a groin muscle or something. And I know I haven't because I haven't been active these past few days because i've had a head cold so i've just been lying around. This is just too weird.

Thanks!

Its perfectly normal...W8 till you go further lol! But that's the perks of your pregnancy...I use to have it a lot of times and even posted for advise here!
Its like havin a thousand pins and needles and numbness on your legs right...If gets worse it feels like its got a torn ligament
best thing you do is put pillows under your legs to elevate em...Or put a hot or a cold compress...There's nothin much you can do about it really
and lastly eat bananas coz they contain potassium and energy to prevent cramps (not much coz it gets pregos constipated)
good luck!

Thanks. I knew my legs and back would ache but I didn't think it would actually "feel" like pulled muscles. My back is aching right now lol. This has just started like in the last week or so. It's uncomfortable but well worth my little girl on her way.

Thanks again!
