Anyone Ever Have a Scratchy Sounding Loud Pop Inside Ear?
Posted: 02-03-06 01:17am

Hm,

every now and then I have this weird loud pop inside my left ear. It has a scratchy sounding noise with it too. It actually makes my ear and jaw area feel a little better with the pain in that area. Is this from tmj?

Like I was watching a dvd bout 20 minutes ago and there was a little pop inside my left ear. Few mins later another pop. It's hard to explain. It's not like a pop when your going over a mountain. It has more force to it. It is more loud and painful. It could also be called a very loud click. It feels like its better though after it happens. Like my ear area is less tight and less full.

Hm..

I actually wish it would happen right now in my left ear. My whole left side is very tight and theres pain in front of my ear and inside my face and head. I know if I had this bursting pop in my left ear,it'd help.

Yes, the popping is from tmj. It sounds like the joint "popped" into joint but the other side is still out. Please seel my other posting about "can I crack myself" for more information.

Take care,
