Quick Question For Ya..?? Posted: 02-04-06 16:36pm
I lost a baby about 7 months into the
pregnancy when I was 20 yrs. Old.
Everything was said to have been going
smoothly.....Guess not. I was just
curious if maybe it had anything to do
with being ana positive..? They are in
pretty low titers, but I found out about a
year ago that it was positive.. Also, the
doctor said the ambilicle(<<spell)
cord was "frayed" at the area where it
attaches to the baby. How the hell did
that happen? How did it end up being
frayed..? Any ideas? Do antinuculear
antibodies affect a baby?

I wish I knew the answer to your question.
I just wanted to say how sorry I am that
you lost your little one. I lost mine
too when I was five months preggers. Mine
was an umbilical cord accident-around his
neck. Thats about all I know
