Paranoid About Miscarriage Posted: 02-04-06 20:51pm
I'm completely paranoid that everything
happening to me is bad. Lol. Even more
so now that almost my entire family knows
about the pregnancy and now that i'm truly
able to be excited about it.
I haven't been bleeding or doubled over in
pain or anything like that, but i'm sore.
I was actually ok this morning, but the
past two days, my tummy has been sore when
I woke up. Like i'd been doing sit-ups or
something. I tell myself it's the changes
going on in there, but it's hard to
believe that that much would be changing
this early. I'm only 11 weeks. Is this
normal?
Also, and I don't think of this as a
threat or anything, but i'm getting a lot
of acne, just not so much on my face.
I've gotten it on my neck and chest
more... And I even have one pimple on my
tummy. It's weird.

I'm an esthiologist..Which is someone who
deals with the skin. I am right under a
dermatologist. What I recommend you do is
exfolliate the areas where you are
breaking out. The best way is to use a
gel cleanser and your louffa. When you
hydrate..Use a water based lotion..The
last thing you want to do is clog the
pores more. And the most important thing
is to not squeeze or pop and of the
pimples. Doing so can spread the bacteria
from one pore to another. This will cause
mayhem on your body!! If it is really
causing a negative affect on your
outlook..Which I know it can do..Go to a
day spa or a dermatologist. The will
extract them correctly and give you more
tips on how to treat and prevent
breakouts!!
Ps...Stay away from salisylic acid while
you're preggy..It enters the bloodstream
through your pores and can have a minimal
effect on your baby!!
Hope this helps...

Feeling a bit sore is pretty normal during
pregnancy. You may not see a big
difference in your tummy but your uterus
is going through a lot of changes. Many
pregnant women experience ance also
because of all the changes in your
hormones.
