Hi everyone, I just found out that i'm two weeks pregnant. Yes I know this is very early but I have chest pains, lower abdomen cramps and back aches is this normal for me. Also bleeding bright red

Thanks for responding but im only 18 and im so scared to go to the doctor knowing that my parents will find out since I still live at home becaus im a senior in high school yet. Can this be a sign of implantation
