If you're using a condom, why are #1 and
#2 even a consideration? Or are those
only for if you're not using a condom?
I'm confused.

chances...
I know abstince is best but I mean what
else can I do that will reduce the chances
as low as possible..
I use trojan spermicidal condoms and I

Ok, any time you have sex at all, you have
a chance of a pregnancy resulting.
Abstinence is not only "best" for those
who don't want/need a baby or who might be
too young, it's pretty much the only way
to guarantee no pregnancy.
Now, you're being responsible enough to
wear a condom and blah, blah, blah...
That's commendable. Wearing a condom is a
good idea. But I would not want you
leaving this forum with the idea in your
head that there's no way you can get a
girl pregnant as long as you do those
things. It's still possible; not
probable, but possible. It would also
increase your chances of not getting a
girl pregnant if the girl were on birth
control.
Unfortunately, my friend, just being able
to have sex without worry of any
consequences is a fantasy. The best you
can do is be responsible (like it appears
you are doing) and be willing to accept
whatever consequences may come anyway.

I'm afraid that pulling out while wearing
a condom may even worsen the chances. It
could slip off and then it would totally
defeat the purpose.
The above poster is correct. If you want
to have sex, fine. But there's always
that chance. Be careful of spermicidal
condoms though if your gf is prone to
utis. They have the tendancy to increase
the chances of a uti somehow.
I think that if your gf gets herself on
some birth control, and you stick to
wearing your condoms, your chances are
slim. However, they're not none. I
have a friend that was on bc, her
boyfriend used condoms, it broke, she took
the morning after pill, and as a result,
she has a 5 year old son. Nothing is
fool proof. There's always risks.

that is truly amazing--but like I
say---"no set facts in science"
anything is possible. For all we know
that could be the only child she is gonna
have. And it was just def. Meant to
be.
.God bless that child--in the name of
.Jesus.

Like they said, if you have sex, no matter
what you use or do, pregnancy can always
happen. When people have sex, some don't
realize the consequences that can happen.
All they care or think "it's fun and
harmless, i'll never get pregnant if i'm
safe about it". Which is total bs.
If you are mature enough to have sex, then
you should be mature enough to handle the
responsibilities a child brings to you
without thinking of abortion. If you're
not ready to have a child, don't have
sex.
If you and your gf is going to have sex,
do everything you listed and have your gf
get on birth control to help reduce the
chances even more. If you are both teens,
she can go to a planned parenthood and get
birth control for free without her parents
ever knowing.
But I must say this, when pulling out with
the condom on, hold onto the base of the
condom. Wrap your hand around it
or something. Holding onto it will help
semen not spill out. Just be very careful
with condoms as they can break and you
never know when they will.

Well I have to agree with what every one
has said so far but I will tell you
this...Even normal healthy couples having
sex everyday trying to get pregnant only
have about a 25% chance of getting
pregnant in any given month. I have been
trying for about five or six months now
and still...Nothing. But I have talked
to girls who have been on the pill and
used condoms and still somehow managed to
get pregnant. (i hate them) - just
kidding.. Any way if you have someone you
care about and you want to have sex using
a condom with spermicide is a great idea,
and pulling out is fine as long as you are
holding on to that condom so it doesnt get
stuck inside instead of staying on you!
But before you have sex I would definitly
reccomend having her get on some sort of
birth control as well, because it is so
much more effective than a concom alone.
And while im at it let me remind you that
there are far worse things to worry about
than getting a girl pregnant- like stds.
One in three sexually active adults have
hpv (genital warts), 1 in 4 have genital
herpes, and %50% have oral herpes-not as
big of a deal but still... And by the way
many of them dont know they have an std
b/c they may not show any signs or
symptoms but are carrying the virus.
Alrighty...Have fun!!

Well, i'm not trying to scare you or
anything like that....But even with
knowing the percentages, those are only
numbers and you very well could be that
.1% that it happens to. Sorry I couldn't
tell you the percentages. Good luck and
be safe.
