I had c-section 7 weeks ago, had
intercourse at 5 weeks, no menses yet,
could I be pregnant again and when can I
take a test

You certainly could be pregnant. But are
you breastfeeding? I don't know how long
it takes after having a baby to get your
period because I breastfed and didn't get
a period until 2 months after I stopped.
If you had sex 5 weeks ago, you should be
able to test now. If you don't get a
positive but still wonder, you could wait
a week and take another. I've always
gotten fast results with first response
(3-4 weeks after sex).

I just recently had a csection also. I
bled for about 2 weeks of and on after the
section, and my period came almost exactly
4 weeks after I stopped bleeding, so I
would say 6 weeks after my c-section.

It is soooo easy to get pregnant soon
after birth. It is very important to use
protection at this time. Whether you're
breastfeeding or not. It is definately
not a good form of birthcontrol.
