Stretch marks never disappear. I have a tiny tatoo of a butterfly on my hip, and i'm five months with twins, and I can kind of see it stretching. It mainly just looks a bit bigger. However, your tatoo might stretch out, and then it will look kind of droopy after the baby's out. You won''t know until then for sure, though.

I heard they normaly never go back so you will need touch ups, and they dont normally recomend getting a tattoo there if you ever plan on getting preggers

Unless you do some major crunches after the baby I don't think it'll ever look the same. My friend has a very saggy looking sun on her belly now.

Don't be scared. I have a tattoo of roses around my belly button and it stretched.. A lot!! But after the baby it went back. I do have two stretch marks I can see very clearly, but the tat itself looks fine. One of the thin lines in the vine is stretched, but it doesn't look bad at all. =)

Thank goodness. I was told that I could never get pregnant so I got a lot of tummy and back work (piercing, tats) done (it looks really hot in a 2 piece). I'm glad to know that there is hope that it will look normal again. I'm gonna have to hit the gym with a vengeance and make sure I keep the skin moisturized so it doesn't sag. I want my 2 pieces back one day!!!

I got all my work done on my shoulder blades only because I knew that it wouldn't stretch there!! Lol...Every time I wanted to get something cute on or around my belly..I would always tell myself..When I have kids..I don't want it to look jacked up!! Lol...Which is essentially what's gonna happen....I'm sure you can excercise and get them back semi-normal...But touch up work will more than likely def. Have to be involved!! It'll be all good though!!

I took my belly ring out at 3 months because it started to stretch and look like an oval...Now I got a stretchmark going right though it..So it looks like an x...Lol...Kinda gross looking...But that's what I gotta deal with!!!

I'm sure i'll get it re pierced to cover it up!! Lol!!

I took my ring out 3 months ago for the same reason, oddly enough the hole hasn't closed yet. I'm glad about that because then I won't have to re pierce

I wonder if mine is still open from the stretching too?? I haven't attempted to put it back in...My fiance thinks it's still open as well!!

Imma have to try tonight!! In the past I took it out and it only took a week to begin to close...My fiance actually had to repierce it...Talk about hurt!! Lol...

I'll let ya know what happens!!

As for piercings, every few days you should put the piercing back in just to keep it open. You don't have to leave it in, just put it through and take it back out.

I took my belly button ring out at about 3 months probably.. And now its all stretched out, but the hole is still open.. I had it pierced for about 3 years tho b4 I took it out..

As for my tattoo.. Its a paw printin black with the chineese symbol for courage in the middle of it in light blue, through the black u can see some stretch marks, as I am just starting to get them on my stomach (29 weeks) but my tattoo is right in the middle of it all and has grown double its size.. Its somehting I never thought of when I was getting it done, considering I was 16 when I had it done..

My mom does tattoos and I know for a fact you can always get a tattoo done over if stretch marks kinda fade it or make it look funny.... It hurts like hell cause its going threw scar tissue and it swells up all big and puffy but dont worry u can get your tat fixed if u want too...
