the Linden Method Posted: 02-10-06 07:41am
Has anyone tried this? It looks a bit
scammy to me, alot of money to spend I
think, will be interesting to know if it
works or if medication is best?

I purchased the linden method, it told me
everything that I already knew!!!! But
not how to help myself! I sent it
back.
I bought a book of ebay called - hope and
help for you nerves, by claire weeks for
$19.00au and it as helped me 100000000
times more then the linden method! I
have been off me medication for 6 months
and I have very very mild anxiety now and
I am at the stage where I can get a touch
of anxiety and talk myself around it so
that it doesn't peak!And I feel great
about it at the end. I am hoping that
very soon the anxiety will not be here at
all!

No problems deex,
i found that to get where I am today I had
to do a lot of self help and accept the
fact that I have anxiety - big deal, so do
millions of other people!
Camimile tea is great and I also take tang
kuei - a herbal stress tablet, I actually
am a herbalife representative so I sell
the tang kuei also.
