I find myself feeling a sense of
achievment when I don't eat. The gnawing
in my tummy makes me feel alive. I'm 5 ft
and over 200lbs. Since jan.1 i've gone
from 233 to 210. Can you really be fat
and have anorexia? I eat approx. 500
calories a day except when I binge on
sweets (once a week or so it feels like)
i've gone days of 300 calories too. Is
this an ed or just extreme dieting?

Hey. Yeah you can have anorexia but still
be classed as overweight, or not look like
an anorexic. You sound like your on a
downwards spiral. Eventually, you will
gain the weight back if you arent eating
enough, because your motabolism will slow
down so much. The easiest way to lose
weight, is have a moderate diet and
exercise. But that doesnt sound like its
the problem, cause im sure youve heard
that so many times. What has prompted you
to want to lose this weight, and why did
you chose not to eat? Hit me back .X

I needed to take control of my body&
life instead of just floating along doing
nothing makes nothing happen.

If you want to take control another more
healthy way, I posted something for
another girl on march 7. Wallflower924 or
something like that was her screen name.
It is on the first page of the ed forum
towards the top. There is alot of writing
on there, but read where I start on 3-7-06
with advice. I think it may help you too.
It starts off about exercise but has
other options too.
