Ever since the time I had a panic atack at the drs office and she sent me to the hopistal cuz she wasent good I guess I have a fear of returning.My heart pumps like crazy I cant breath... I see a therapist now for the attacks wich is good and take ativan. Now I wanted to go see the dr to make sure I know everyhting about ativan and maybe prescribe something safer some people tell me its very addcitive but ca it be realt that bad for me if I take 0.5 a day? Ts gotten to the point where I dont get attacks thiking bout my heart I get them cuz im fighthing having to take medication im so paranois bout it ever since I took effexor for 2 days,woke up in the middle of the night with fear of goi ng crazy,hot flashes,heart palpiations...It lasted all day I had axiety all day so I never took em again...Anyways if anyne can relate to any of this holler back. Thank you
