I was so nervous for my first scan as I
just wanted to see a healthy baby on the
screen and to see it moving around. To my
relief the baby was healthy and the ob was
so happy with everything.
I'm now 16 weeks and I still worry if
everything is ok, do you ladies feel the
same way or am I just being paranoid?

Yes, you are paranoid, but then again we
all are, lol
it is natural to worry, I worry all the
time and every pregnant woman that I know
worries, it's part of we are as mothers.
We are always worried about the health and
safety of our children and we want
everything to be perfect.
My heart would beat so fast eveytime
before I had an ultrasound, now I am
29weeks and I can feel my lil' one kicking
and turning in there which give me some
reassurance, but I still worry about all
the what if's.
Try your hardest not to worry too much and
enjoy your pregnancy as much as possible.
It is an amazing experience!

I used to worry a lot about if the baby
was developing normally until I started to
feel her move consistently at about 19
weeks along, and had my ultrasounds to
confirm that everything looked normal. I
still worry a bit now, but not as much as
I used to. As long as she moves
throughout the day I know that she is
probably o.K. However, now when I do
worry, it isn't so much about the baby,
but about the labor/delivery. I am about
31 weeks along.

I worry constantly and my fears will never
be calmed until I have this baby. I lost
my first one and I remember the sonogram
that told me that everything wasn't ok.
Now I have a sono with this on on march
7th and I hardly want to go because of he
fear that this one is not well too. I
know the stress you are going thru....I
feel the same thing but my worst fears
came true the last time and I am just
hoping and praying that at this sono
everything will be fine.

Im 25 weeks and I still worry about
whether the foods im eating are ok or if
im pushing myself too hard or am I getting
enough sleep and I panic if I havent felt
bubs move for a little while, all this is
normal for us to go through, of course we
want to have a healthy baby and will do
absoulutly everything to make sure it
happens. This will be my 3rd child and im
still reading up on alot of things making
sure im doing everything right and if I
feel something isnt I will check. You
will know if something isnt right because
its a mothers instinct, if you ever have
any concerns just let your doctor or
midwife know. I hope everything goes well
with the rest of your pregnancy.

Yes you are paranoid then again im 27 weks
today and im still a wrry bug about if my
baby is ok. I can barly wait for my next
ultrasound, I just wont to see her, and
her heart beat and everything.
Do try not to stress about it to much. I
find I feel better when she kicks, it
kinda lets me know she is ok. I think she
knows when im stressing aot on if she is
ok cuz when I really start to stress she
give me a nice big painful kick in the
ribs or between the legs.
Can you feel your little one kick yet? I
started feeling mine early around 16 weeks
I think.
