The british diabetic association (diabetes uk) have submitted a part 8 claim form in the chancery division of the high court seeking to make two diabetics (a pensioner and his daughter) homeless. We have the claim form and the witness statement of sir michael william hirst supporting the application for a sale order on the property belonging to these diabetics. We also have the court reports of lord chief justice phillips and lord justice walker recommending to the bda over 10 years ago not to take this action. Want to read?
