research firm, we would like to personally
invite you to participate in our upcoming
research undertaking.
We are conducting an important study among
rheumatoid arthritis patients in order to
hear your perceptions and feedback related
to your treatment and medication(s). The
purpose of this study is for research only
and your anonymity is assured.
Our research involves an in-home
observation where we see first hand your
day to day experiences and get your
feedback and opinion related to your
medication for ra. As this would be a
full day event (9am-3pm), we offer a $250
cash honorarium just to thank you for your
participation and feedback. This is being
held on monday feb.13, 2006 at your
location.
It is very important to our research that
you participate in this study. We would
