I can't find any information about this. But I was supposed to start week two and grabbed the pack quick and ended up taking the last pill in week 2. Am I supposed to go back to the first pill in week two and just continue on as everything is normal? Or throw them out and start a new pack?

If you took the last pill in week 2 then just backtrack and take the rest of the pills in week 2. Then start week 3 when you need to :)
