I know a lot of people are posting asking
what they're experiencing sounds like
schizophrenia or not, so I might as well
add mine to the list.
About a month ago, I had a panic attack
right before I was supposed to move into
my dorm at university. I'm 20 years old,
and never been able to be around people
very much.. Makes me very nervous. After
that, I had a lot of intense fears, and
most of the time didn't even know what I
was afraid of. Around this time was when
it felt like my mind was racing and I
couldn't get it to stop and I just wanted
to get out of my head. It's been
happening a lot, but its not constant.
Also, I have this ringing in my ears.
It's like a high pitched whine. Sometimes
it will happen when my mind is racing, so
I just hear this high pitched whine in my
ears and my thoughts are all staticy.. If
that makes any sense. Once or twice for
about 10-20 seconds it felt like I was
outside of my body. Sounds stupid, but
thats the best way I can describe it.
Also, I used to smoke cannabis, but
haven't for about 2 months. My father has
schizophrenia, so thats mainly why i'm
worried. Its strange.. Sometimes i'll
feel almost normal, and then others I know
there's something wrong. Anyway, thanks

Also, do auditory hallucinations actually
have to be "heard"? Or is it the thought
of a voice?

Thought of a voice is something everyone
experience I think...
Schizophrenics is like, looking for the
person who's talking to them.
I've experienced that "thought of a
voice/sound", escpecially at night before
sleep.
I also have the tinnitus like
peeeeeeeeeeeep, in my right ear

My is more stupid, I felt I could sensed
people on line. I posted web page and I
sensed there were a group of viewers.
For real...Nobody was look at my page. I
didn't know it. I post and post hundred
of pages as "i am some important
person"...Till after take the risperdal
for over 4 months I final check the static
report. I found 0 had visited my page.
From there I started to earse my memory.
As started by when I was illed...
Under a problem family and the death of my
father. Started by april 2002, I act
stanger...
