Need Some Positive Advice!!! Posted: 02-12-06 22:48pm
Okay, ive been with a guy for a two and
1/2 now. I really like him and I am very
picky with people im with. The only
thing is that in 4 months he has to move
away b/c of his job. It stinks b/c we
both really like each other and its only
the begining...But time fly's by quick. I
do not want to get attached to him but
then I do know that long distance
relationships can work. I was in one for
two years and it worked fine until we
lived near each other agian and started
fighting. Anyways...I just wanted to
know if anyone has ever had a positive
expierence b/c many people are negative
about long distance things working out.
Thanx!

I defintely think that long-distance
relationships can work...It all depends on
the circumstances, like the willingness of
both partners, the amount of distance
between them, the amount/type of contact
they have with each other while away.
From my experience, it can work, but both
people need to want to make it work...
One-sided long-distance relationships have
no chance of lasting.
