Question: I am getting concerned the more
research I do. Originally, I was looking
into pleurisy, I think I have it again.
The last time was a few years ago. I came
across lupus. In browsing symptoms, I
became concerned. First, the pleurisy. I
have had instances of the blue and white
finger and toes, plus blue arms, primarily
elbows. Always been on the low iron side.
Pale, so I thought that's the reason for
brusing, I don't even know what causes
most bruises. Could this be lupus, and
when I finally get to the doc. To have
the pleurisy checked, should I ask to be
tested?

It never hurts to be tested, but it sounds
too that you may have raynaud's syndrome
here is a website for that
it could also be lupus, how is your white
blood count? But the best advice I could
give you would be to talk to your doc, you
can ask to have an ana test, and I would
tell him/her all your syptoms and ask for
any tests available.
