Here I Go Again!
Posted: 02-19-06 18:36pm

Hi, me and my partner are now in month 3 of ttc, last month was a real bad one! My cycle was 39 days long and I got really stressed out the whole time thinking am I or aren't i!!
Now we are supposed to be cooling things down abit we are still definitely trying but we said we wouldnt be working out dates and stuff and we would just wait for it to happen.
Thing is... Thats easier said then done I keep sitting here one eye on the calendar counting out my dates!

Since starting ttc, my periods have become irregular could this mess up my chances abit?
Also, I know I have been ttc for only a few months but if the irregular periods mess up my ovulation will fertility drugs help to make sure I ovulate?
How do you get these drugs? Is it just from the doctor?
Please help and answer me if you can maybe then I can start training myself to think of something else each month! Lol!

I do not think stressing helps either, relax, enjoy, I do not know that much about fertility drugs, I know of a lot of women that do use them, I would talk to your dr or his/her nurse first, they say that you can order them over the internet cheaper, they still kind of scare me though, I would be afraid that I would end up with 6 or 8(ha! Ha! A litter.).
More baby dust to you!
Good luck!

.Father, I pray that .You intervene for these three women. That .Your will be done for them. That they may have their hearts desires or at least a peace knowing that .You, .God have all things worked out already for them. You go before us in all things, and our lives are mapped out to the very smallest details. Father, that we become exactly the person you want us to be. That this will happen exactly when .You want us to become this refined and renewed person. So...Father .God, I ask a peace to fall on these three, and as our hearts agree, they will find what .You have for them, and that they will receive their hearts desires in your sweet and precious son .Jesus name. Amen

My periods are so out of wack that I can never tell when it's coming, which makes me crazy thinking about it! One month it's 45 days, the next is 70, and my last was 33.

Sometimes I hate being a woman!!

Have you took a hpt test? I took 2 when mine was late, needless to say they were both negative!

Yeah, hopes were high, but after I had 2 bfn's I was more worried about why my period hadn't started! Thought there was something wrong for a while!

Anyways now its time to think about this month, wonder what joys the month of march will bring! Lol!

I did a home pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. I also made an appt to see my doctor next monday. I wish this wasn't so hard. I have only been trying for 1 month but the same thing is happening this time as with my first. It took over a year and a half to conceive her.

Maybe this month will be our lucky month.

Dear ladies! We were ttc for a year with no success. Last month I bought clearblue fertility monitor. Today is my 16 cd and the monitor says that I am still infertile. Hope tomorrow I will become fertile.

Medications to Regulate
Posted: 02-23-06 00:48am

I talked w my doc because I was having irregular periods and they said that I could take a med that is used for diebetics I think it was metiformin (not sure of the spelling) and then a meds to help the process of ovulation. I was going to start on both next month (which insurance did cover) however we got lucky this month and had a pos hpt today. Now all I have to do is take progestrone to maintain my pregnancy and all will be well. There is luck out there.

Good luck
