It's normal don't worry :), it's just your body prepairing for breastfeeding...Some women leak lots and some don't at all. I am 37 weeks and I haven't leaked at all.

Oh yea....Mine didn't start until 24 weeks but it's totally normal!! I was freakin out too!! Just get some disposable breast pads and beware when you drink lots of water or get out of the shower...Those tend to be the times when they leak the most!! Lol...

Yup thats colstrum I first noticed it with macy when id b in the shower and my nipples would have white stuff sticking to them it was dried colstrum cuz I never leaked enough to get spots or ne thing but definately get breast pads even if u dont breastfeed cuz they are gunna leak for a bit. My absolute favorite will never by any other is avent they are super soft and absorbent and they are like the perfect size cuz I hate bras I only wear mommy tank tops

Thanks everyone for the input! It was just weird how it showed up all of a sudden! I was reading that the colostrum (sp?) was white or yellow so I began to wonder why the stuff coming out of me was clear. Just another weird pregnancy symptom I guess!

This happened to me with baby no1, when I was 17wks, I thought it was too early but doctor told me its perfectly normal and the earlier it starts the more milk you will have when baby is born, and I had loads!!!!

Lol...Mine started clear as well...Now it's yellow...

I try not to mess with them and just let them leak when they want...You'll know when they do!! Lol...I got this really weird sensation on my nipple and looked down one day and saw 2 huge wet spots!!!
