Abdominal Irritation And Bloating Feeling Behind the Bladder Posted: 02-20-06 08:02am
Help, for the last year and a half I have
had the feeling of something pressing on
or around, or even behind my bladder. I
wish I could be more specific but some
days I get the pressing/swelling feeling
under my prostate and then other days I
could get a stitch like feeling above my
bladder and below my belly button. I have
had all the uroligy tests possible, mri
and ct + ultrasound and so far all has
come back negative.I have also spent a
fortune on tables that have not worked.
The main result is me having to empty my
bladder alot! But when I have been I
still have the fullness pressure feeling.
The uroligist has said that it could be a
problem with in inflamed bladder neck. I
don't believe this is the case.
I have seen a gastro doctor who sais it
could be ibs, but I have had that for
years and I know that these symptoms are
nothing like ibs.
My thought is that I might have somthing
irriatating from my back passage, which
could be pressing on the back of the
bladder and may be pressing on a nerve
which is causing problems when trying to
pin-point exactly where the problem is
coming from. Is that possible?
I sometimes get a craming pain in my
stomach when symptoms are really bad.
Can anyone help me on this. It's driving
me mad!! :(

Have you had a colonoscopy done? If you
haven't maybe you can talk to your doctor
about that. That might help to locate
your problem.
