Where I live , in the gulf area ,the
nutrition is very bad , so I always try to
manage a meal that keep me good and not
feeling heavy .
Unfortunatly one of the common meal that I
can afford is nuggets breaded.
But I cook them without adding any oil or
other fat ingredients ,on a smooth fire
for about 10 minutes .
That`s all .
Is this meal as prepared have a bad impact
on my health and fitness??
I am 54 years old living alone and working
8 to 10 hours a day
thank you for your reply

You surely aren't eating nothing but
chicken nuggets...
What about canned tuna or other 'light'
protein rich foods without the fried
batter crust? Peanut butter sandwiches,
eggs, ham, turkey, i'm pretty sure no
matter where in the county youre located
you can locate these staples...
