I have been to 2 doctors because I had a
slight amount of discharge from my breast
and my periods are irregular so the breast
specialist said that it was mostlikely a
hormone problem and not to worry about it
and thats why my periods arnt regular.
Well if my periods arnt regular and I dont
want to go back on bc again because ive
been on it since I was 15 how can I fix
this problem?? If I want to ttc I hope I
wont have a big problem with having kids.
Can anyone help me??????

I would ask him to please run a fertility
work up for you. It's a series of
hormonal blood work.
Make sure you are having a reputable
ob/gyn or fertility specialist do this for
you :)

Ok thank you. I just got the final test
results from my breast exam and there was
no cancer or any abnormal cells and she
said it was hormonal and I asked her if I
would have any problems getting pregnant
and she said she wouldnt count on any
problems but if my periods arnt regular it
could take some planning to get pregnant.
I just scared I might have a big problem
in the future...

on having a baby within the next few years
and im just worried that I might have a
problem getting pregnant when I want to.
I just dont understand how to fix a
hormonal problem. My doctor didnt really

I would suggest you go to a top not
nutritionist / dietician / exercise coach
to help you learn new eating and exercise
habits.
Wanting to be pregnant after poisoning
yourself with years of birth control pills
means you will have to eat, sleep, drink
and moderately exercise like a champion.
Live a lifestyle as if you are already
pregnant and not do things or ingest food
or drugs that are not recommended for
pregnant women.
