At 4am in the morning I was awoken by this really sharp pain. It lasted about 1 minute then went away. Now, this may sound really weird but, I was having a dream and in my dream I was having sex. At the point of orgasim is when this pain started and woke me up out of a dead sleep. I mean a severe sharp pain. Any insight on this???

Your body was probably reacting to your dream. Perhaps your muscles tensed at the point when you were dreaming you had an orgasm, which could cause cramping. It's happened to me before, nothing to worry about. It can be compared to freuds theory of a "wet dream" if you don't know much about freud, there is a book called "our dreaming mind" it explains why certain objects appear in our dreams, and for the most part, explains why we dream what we dream. Check it out, it's interesting.
