Your body was probably reacting to your dream. Perhaps your muscles tensed at the point when you were dreaming you had an orgasm, which could cause cramping. It's happened to me before, nothing to worry about. It can be compared to freuds theory of a "wet dream" if you don't know much about freud, there is a book called "our dreaming mind" it explains why certain objects appear in our dreams, and for the most part, explains why we dream what we dream. Check it out, it's interesting.

Thanks for the response. I was extremely worried at 4 am this morning. But after going throughtout the day with no cramping at all im a little more relaxed. Ive moved my appointmaent up a week. But I will definatly check out that sight because that was no fun!! Thanks again!
