You could be bloated or maybe you've gained some weight because of your increased eating but there's no way you're showing.

And I don't think you'd have morning sickness this early. That usually doesnt start until 6 weeks or around there.

Take another test.

Um if you mean that your two weeks (so like 2 weeks after conception...Making you 4 weeks in medical talk) then nothing has really even happened yet making it impossible for you to be showing.

Week 4
(counting from first day of last menstrual period)
around 2 weeks after conception

fetal development:
taking root! Implantation occurs. Once the blastocyst gets to the uterus, it searches for a spot to settle down. Blastocyst means "sprout pouch," and these cells begin to divide into two groups - those that form the placenta and those that form the baby. The blastocyst will burrow itself into the lining of the uterus which is called implantation.

Maternal changes: at the end of this week, you'll be expecting your period (or hoping it won't come if you've planned your pregnancy). Some of the first pregnancy symptoms are very similar to those experienced at the time your period is due such as fatigue, breast soreness and mood swings. You may be feeling these things and thinking "i guess it didn't happen this month." just wait a few days . .

soooo...It's most likely just bloating or overactive imagination at this point. Don't worry you'll start showing soon enough, enjoy your figure while you still have it, cause it'll be a while before you'll be able to fit into those jeans again.

Ps you should go to your doctor and get a blood test...It's more accurate and you'll probably get accurate results back a lot faster then waiting for the hormones to kick in and give you a positive on home tests. Some women never get enough hormones...Plus they get expensive to keep retesting.

You must be more than 2 weeks pregnant, look up online for a pregnancy time chart so you know. And go to the doctors for a blood test to make sure.
Congrats!
