Can exercize (biking & jogging) hurt
after one had screws placed in the knee?

Hello there,
first of all, find a good specialist and
let him make u an exercise plan. I don't
know when those screws were put in ur knee
and when they'll be removed. I had some
in my leg. I had to stick to my plan and
go with the leg easy when it came to
weights and putting pressure on it. U
have to increase the pressure on ur knee
gradually, but only when ur doctor tells u
that u can start with it. Listen to ur
knee!
