I have insomnia what are the upsides and
downsides to them should I take them

pill just sale in israel. Maybe you can
find pills contains brotizolam

If you want to delay your waking time,
melatonin (3mg) 1 hour after you wake up
should do the trick
if you want to wake up earlier, try
melatonin in the late afternoon

I used ambien for several months, it was
an rxcellent medicine. I had no trouble
waking up in the morning and I went to
sleep really fast at night.
It is worth a try if you are having
trouble sleeping.
