This may sound stupid but I need to find out some information first before I take the test. On dec 8, my doctor started me on allese birth control. I took it continously. All along my boyfriend and I are having sex. Like the other times I have been on birth control I got sick (nausa). About two weeks after I started the pill I got a very heavy period. The doctor stopped me from taking any more pills on my second day of my period. The period lasted six days. Very unusual for me. Since then I am still sick and sleep alot, all the symotoms of pregnancy. Could I be? Can you get a period right after conceiving a baby? Please help me?

Some women have their period right through their whole pregnancy but spending a few dollars to find out if you are or not won't hurt b/c you can't use bc while you are pregnant and if you got pregnant while taking the bc you'll need to see the doc.

Thank You
Thank you for responding to my question. In a way you did not answer it. I do know that taking bc during pregnancy is bad. I do not plan to. Like I said it made me sick. After reading the other messages I did get some info that I did not know. So thank you. I am going to see my doctor today. But if I am pregnant it probably will not show yet. All I would be is 2 weeks along.
