Okay, I am about 37 weeks along, and I was

that I have to be on bed rest untill I
give birth, and if I don't get any better,
than there going to have to induce me
baceause it's harmful for me and can
become harmful for the baby, is there

No, there is nothing you can do to prevent
pre-eclampsia/eclampsia; these are
diseases with unknown etiologies. Doctors
can treat your blood pressure and monitor
urine proteins and swellings. If the
laboratory results worsen, delivery must
be induced to prevent pre-eclampsia from
turning into eclampsia, which is
life-threatening.
