Pink Discharge After Working Out Posted: 02-27-06 02:01am
Its the middle of the night and im not
sure what to do
im 8, almost 9 weeks pregnant and im
having cramps and some light pink
discharge that looks watery but it had
some mucus (looks like snot...Sorry) when
I wipe! It only happend once so far. I
had no previous cramps during the day.
I did some crunches earlier and some
cardio. I didnt do anything hard.
Im very concerned and im not sure if I
should freak out or not
please help because im not going to be
able to sleep
did the working out make somthing go
wrong

If I remember correctly crunches/sit-ups
as part of a daily exercise routine when
pregnant are not acceptable. Same as
running/jogging. It puts too much strain
o your body and on the growing fetus. If
you want to continue to exercise while
pregnant you should call your doctor to
ask what is acceptable forms of exercise.

Okay ur not supposed to do sit ups when
pregnant but you can jog, swim do some
form of exercise that dont put stress on
ur belly like leg lifts etc same rules
apply to postpartum but defiantly check
with ur dr to see what he says is
acceptable....
