Over the past 6 months ive lost 35 pounds,
putting me at 5'2" & 100 lbs.
I thought that was a healthy ammount of
time to lose the weight..And im not
underweight..
So why didnt I get my period this month?
I know im not pregnant. Ive never missed
a period before.
I guess im just a little worried, because
ive only been able to eat around 500-800
calories a day..This has been going on for
the past 3 months.
Am I in danger if I keep eating like this?
Even though im not underweight could the
way ive been eating stop me from having my
period?

I knew someone how was anorexic and she is
now infertile
v basically what happens is ur body doesnt
get enough food so it doesnt have period
because it saves the food
eat more and do more exercise instead of
starving
definately seek medical help it may be
serious

Yup, can be worse for women. If you don't
eat enough, have an ed, throw up etc, any
of that related to ed it can result in
your not having periods at all.
