I have not felt really any movement or anything within my first 12 weeks of pregnancy. It seems like I should at least feel more pulling etc... What do you think?

You normally won't feel anything until about your 4th month and at 12 weeks your only 3 months. If your going to the docs and they hear the heartbeat, you and your baby are fine. Wait until about your 16th - 18th week before you start feeling anything and even then you'll only feel little movement. You won't feel any "kicks" until about your 5th month. Don't worry you'll be fine and your doc will tell you if something is wrong. O.K? Smile
