:? With my luck this post wont help, but I don't know where to go or ask for help. Its not me in need of help- though i'm sure so many say that, in this case it's true. I'm scared-a long time friend of mine, 9-10 yrs now to be exact, has just told me she's a demon- my mother has been studying psychology and related topics for awhile now, so I consulted her- she is very open minded and suggested a few options, the base option and the one she though most likely the cause, schizophrenia, the other, possession. I guess I should tell about what my friend has been saying- she called me up the other day and after talking a few moments- asked me to hold. I agreed, I could hear her talking in some language I could not make out- I am not fluent on any foriegn language myself, but am not ignorant to how to dipict the origin of the languages, and this one I could not- when she returned to the phone I asked her if she'd been speaking another language, because she had not told me she was learning any language in school, and I thought she would have, she replied with 'yes, that is what I called to talk to you about.' she then proceded to tell me that she was a demon, however, that demons are not how people depict them, they arn't evil or bad. She explained to me that on earth people are 'shells' and that some contain angles and some demons. She said that 'hell' is notbad either. That "beyond the flames' demons live peacfully, and there is no torture. She said that in every lifetime she is sent here to 'free the demons from their shells, so that they may return to beyond the flames, so that earth will once again only contain angels.' now as you can imagine,i was getting a little freaked out at this point. I believe a lot and am very open minded, but this was just freaky. Let it also be known at the begining of the call she had talked about messing around with tripple c or also known as coricedin, the over the counter cough, cold medicine, the whole time she's explaining all of this to me she's having a conversation in the backround, in this forign tongue, with some guy. She puts him on the phone and he tells me that in order to 'free yourself' you must make your heart stop, and that he's done it through meditation. She ended up getting back on the phone with me and telling me that I am a demon as well and that she needs to free me so that we may finish our 'mission', I told her at that point that it was a lot to take in and I needed to think about it, and that I would call her later. She asked me if I thought she was crazy, and my reply was that I didnt say I thought she was... I had a nightmare last night that she came to my house. It scared me so bad and made me sad as well. She's been my best friend for so long, but like I said it's just freaky, could this be some kind of schizophrenia, maybe brought on by an overdose? I've been asking around and have been told that the tripple c, when overdosed on, is like an acid trip? I don't know what to do. I've told her parents, she's only 20 years old. I'm scared. I believe in possession, but I think it's less likely of the two. Please someone help me. I dont want to lose my friend and the way she's talking know is scareing me.

She is delusional! What you need to do is to try to convince her that demons does not exist in this life. I'm afraid she will not believe you. So, she must finish her role playing and realise it was all a fantasy in her head. You must see she does not hurt herself. Maybe she should get a therapist. Avoid psychiatrist. They give dangerous medication that damages the brain. You must keep talking to her and try to make her see that what she is saying cannot happen. Your friend is not thinking clearly. It is up to you to analize what she tells you and tell her what you think. The key is to try to wake the person up.

I do not accept the reply of its just a dilusion and I will tell you why, be/c if she and others feel they need to "free you" you could end up a static for a homicide, all in the name of freeing you. If she had not gone as far in some of her explanations then she could be having what is called visional distortion seizures. She needs help and you need to find a way to careully and gently cut the strings of attachment!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are probably taking a chance being around your friend. There is always the phone. But the root cause of her problem is that she is delusional. Therapist can help greatly but she has to be very honest and tell them everything. Your friend's logic is off but it's very possible to recover.

this was my thoughts exactly. You need to stay away from this person until she gets the help that she deserves. You hear on the news all the time where people snap and do bad things to other people. Even people that they claim to care about, because they are a lot easier to access. Mainly because the person knows that they don't have to gain your trust, because they already have your trust. Do you see what i'm saying and where i'm going with this? I'm not saying that you need to abandon your friend, but you do not need to be the person to heal her. You are not a doctor and you have no experience in this type of thing. The best thing for you to do is just stay away for now. Contact a family member of hers and tell them how she's acting. Get them to find her the help that she needs. My guess is her family has probably seen episodes like this before from this girl. They should be the ones' to help her. Not you. They may even need to admit her somewhere for a few days to run some test on her to see if she has any neorological issues. Her brain could not be working properly. It could be a number of things that could be wrong, and the fact is you don't know how to diagnosis it. Your not being a bad friend by doing this. You are only protecting yourself. Please listen to what chris and I have said to you about this. It is very important that you do. Good luck to you!

Demons do exist in this realm of existance---pple do become possessed in this life. Exorcism is the way to freedom if this is indeed a possession. If she has actually stopped her heart, she may not even have any control at all. Un saved pple can be taken over by demons any time they loose control of themselves. As in heart stopping, coma, hypnotism(sp)

i do not think its schizophrenia, I think it is possession----she needs a real man of .God. Not a pretender either. A real blood washed, spirit filled tongue talking, child of .God.
