I know everyone is different and this might be a silly question but I was just wondering what symptoms if any do you get before you start af...And how soon before???

Personally I cant remember my af its been 2 years in may since ive had one!

It has been a while but I do remember the tender boobs, and of coarse irritable and bloating and I used to get the cramps just before I started but these can also be signs of pregnancy.

I usually get cramping few days before af comes thats about it.

I hope so...But im not gonna get my hopes up...My lmp was jan 21st...Im having symptoms that could go wither way...

Personally it has been a long time since I was 25--but I dont remember ever having anything. As soon as the blood would flow--then I would have bad cramps--and crave chocolate. I do also have what they call middle pains in the middle of my cycle, but other than that I dont remember anything til after I would start.
