Q: 18 And Pregnant!!!!!!

Hey everyone!
I've been trying to get some advice on my pregnancy but i'm having no luck! I'm 18 and pregnant. Well anyways I need some input on the spotting i've been having and the slight cramping that has accompanied it. My doc said that it is normal to spot and cramp in the first trimester as long as it isn't as heavy or heavier than my period. I am in about my sixth week and was wondering if anyone else has had similar symptoms and if they could give me some advice! Please help!!!!!!
Good luck to all of you expectant mothers out there!
~i'm praying for you!!

Don't Worry
Hi jennifer,
i am also in my sixth week and I too am spotting. You can find alot of useful information on this sight from all of us moms. It is ok to bleed while your pregnant. I just went to the doctors yesterday and had an ultrasound just to make sure everything was ok and it is! Keep in mind that if the cramping gets severe and the blood is bright red then you need to get to a doc asap. Scan through these replys and you'll come to a page that has about 8 - 10 stories on bleeding and these helped settle my nerves alot. Just don't get to stressed out over it and you'll be fine. Net if you feel like having a helping hand through your pregnancy. Good luck Smile

Extremely eHealthy
Your doctor will never lead you the wrong way...If he says its okay...It should be okay. There are times where not everything turns out perfect but for the most part they know what they are talking about. A little spotting and cramping(growing pains) are okay. Just make sure it doesn't get any worse.

Good luck,
